I would like to just talk very briefly about ethereum/EIPs#8933 with CL teams and also because it will be relevant to slot time reduction discussion (if there will be any)

BeaconState crosses the 32 fields boundary with Electra which changes proof structure and impacts applications depending on EIP-4788. It would be good to bring this topic to the call to raise awareness and discuss potential workaround, cc @etan-status
