Mind if I make a minimal makefile for setup, build, install, etc?

Hi :)
So this looks awesome. I haven't tried it yet actually, cause the build failed, but I'm gonna figure out what went wrong later. Anyway, I just wanted to know if you'd be okay with something like this: tuxmark5/ApexCtl/makefile. I need to know so I separate the commits that I submit pull requests for properly. Also, if you don't mind, I'm gonna clean up the readme a bit.

For your problem of build, let me know of the errors, I might have some clue to help you.

About the importance, and the design of the makefile.
This project is actually more a build tool than a theme, so it make sense to have some options to pass to it.
As I am more a Javascript guy, I intended to do it directly in the build.js, but didn't had the time.
A Makefile is as good a solution as any, so go ahead :)
