regex lookahead for "y"

"This is my test" fails because 'Y' is only considered a consonant, so "m" and "y" stay together.

Re-opening, as now words that start with "y" aren't properly flipped

It works now, but I sort-of cheated... it assumes "y" should be a flip-able consonant only if it's by itself at the start of a word. This works in 99.99% of cases, but there are words that start with "Y" + a consonant. Leaving issue open for now...
