Eventop SDK — Contributor License Agreement
By signing this agreement, you ("Contributor") agree to the following terms for all past, present, and future contributions submitted to the Eventop SDK project ("Project"), owned by Emengkeng Juslen ("Maintainer").
- Grant of Copyright License You grant the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contributions and derivative works thereof under any license the Maintainer chooses, including the right to change the project's license at any time without further notice or consent from you.
- Grant of Patent License You grant the Maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import, and otherwise transfer your contributions.
- You Own Your Contributions You represent that you are the sole author of your contributions, that you have the right to submit them, and that your contributions do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
- No Obligation The Maintainer is under no obligation to accept, include, or use your contributions in the Project.
- Awareness of License You understand that the Project is currently licensed under AGPL-3.0, and that the Maintainer may change this license in the future. Your contributions may be relicensed accordingly.
