Different weights for node and branch sizes during importance calucation #2

@annazhukova

Description

@annazhukova

Currently the node importance is calculated by multiplying the node size by the sizes of all the branches on the path to the root. It therefore corresponds to the number of tips in the initial tree represented by this node.

However in certain cases independent transmissions might be more important than clusters, therefore advocating for higher weights for branches.
