Currently Nextflow profiles aren't supported but are a critical way by which the user controls Nextflow execution.
They are also a notorious documentation gap, containing many settings and requiring manual curation. Having something mostly automated could help, but it's a tricky thing to know what a profile should include. Perhaps a nicely rendered dump of the profile contents would be sufficient.
