Log level not propagated to the local execution pool

Executions are not logged on the stdout. Ewoks event are send as normal so no issue there.

uvicorn --log-level does not set the root log level. If we want this we need to add and handle the --log/-l argument ourselves. In ewoks we do it like this: https://gitlab.esrf.fr/workflow/ewoks/ewoks/-/blob/main/src/ewoks/cliutils/cli_log_utils.py
