Add syntax highlighting

Currently Exercism doesn’t provide syntax highlighting. I’d like to build a highlightjs package for Pyret. Prior art would potentially be the code.pyret.org editor’s syntax highlighting. Once that’s sorted, I’ll see if I can adapt Erik’s CodeMirror work for Arturo syntax highlighting in the editor to this track.
