Build db based base on existing file cache

Something to think about. Don't build it yet. Is there a way to fill the database not by crawling but reading the files that exist in de file caching server @egordm

This should be possible in release 0.2.0 using command:
dc run cachewarmer cache 1 --load=true
To load all cached pages into the dashboard.
