Hello, thanks for the report.

The library is only for test, the request and response of a countries, but any user use this library for current and real projects (completely wrong).
I don't pay member of gear host, the request are free, but if the user exceed the free limit of gear host, pass this.

I don´t pay gear host for this project, maybe in any time I upload this project again, but in other url.

If you need this for a real project I Suggest, upload this on your current server.
