Seeding this thread with my own audit to get things started.

Running npx ccaudit-cli@latest on my main Claude Code setup, before any cleanup:

• Ghost tokens burning per session: ~29k (14.5% of Sonnet context)
• Ghost agents: 168
• Ghost skills: 66
• Ghost MCP servers: 4
• Stale memory files: 0
• Health score: D (Poor)
