Issue in downloading data

Hi,

I am trying to download the dataset in windows but facing this issue.

I am having the same exact issue, it seems like the files may have been corrupting during download as I am getting the issue "curl: (18) transfer closed with 1003852800 bytes remaining to read" earlier in the win_download.bat script.
