apartment_0 crashes

Hello! You guys did a great job, thank you for sharing Replica with the community!

I have been exploring the dataset using ReplicaViewer and all scenes render OK except one: apartment_0

Then I increased swap space and the GUI popped up but never rendered. The laptop crashed soon after the screenshot was taken.

Hope someone got the same issue. Thanks!
