What is the data in the semantic.bin file?

I am confused about the data in the semantic.bin file and do not know its exact meaning.

At first, I thought the ndarray in the semantic.bin file was related to the faces in the PLY file. However, I found that the length of the ndarray does not match the number of faces.

So would somebody to tell me how to understand the data in the semantic.bin file?
