Bug in example notebook

The code uses:

```python
data = provider.get_image_data_by_time_ns(stream_id, ts, opts)
```
but it should use:
```python
data = provider.get_image_data_by_time_ns(rgb_stream_id, ts, opts)
```
stream_id is incorrect in this context
