Add Theme Toggler (Light/Dark Mode Support)

Description:
Currently, the application does not provide a theme toggler to switch between light and dark mode. Having this feature will improve accessibility and provide users with more control over their viewing preferences.

Proposal:
I would like to implement a theme toggler that:

• Allows switching between light and dark themes.
• Remembers the user’s choice (e.g., via localStorage or system preference).
• Integrates smoothly with the existing design system.

Benefits:

• Enhances user experience.
• Improves accessibility.
• Aligns with modern UI/UX practices.
