Consider (re)moving the Fairdrive connect help text from readme

It is confusing to have it there, if FD Connect is not yet available?

Even if it is or when it will be, it should be in a separate chapter, possibly.

I suggest creating a new repo in Fairdrive org called "Fairdrive Engine" and have FD Connect described in a readme.
