Pushing of Rotary Encoder lights up LEDs

If a relay is set to "manual override", during the push of the Rotary encoder btn, the LED lights up brigther.
Something to do with the 5V used for the push btn.
Maybe seperate the 5V GND and the 3.3V GND?
