Replace mysql by postgre

Seems like postgre is more used as a default than mysql in node ecosystem.

I don't know.. It shouldn't matter that much in this demo repo.. In both cases you can use knex..

Personally, I actually do use MySQL (MariaDB to be more precise).

@Eomm Also, a lot of people are actually using the more performant, features and more updates mysql2 package, so you should use this graph: https://npmtrends.com/mysql2-vs-pg .. Since the mysql package is dead (6 years ago latest published).

Another option besides mysql2 is the relativity new mariadb npm package.. Which adds even more features, while very performant.
