Feature Request: Language-Aware Note Generation & Per-Note Translation Toggle

Great product — I use it daily and it's been a real asset to my workflow.
One enhancement I'd love to see: an option (either as a toggle at the start of a recording or in the settings menu) to automatically generate notes in the same language as the transcription. For example, an English meeting would produce English notes, while a German meeting would produce German notes by default.
On top of that, a per-note translation toggle would be a fantastic addition. Since meeting languages vary, being able to quickly switch the output language on a note-by-note basis — rather than relying on a global setting — would make the app much more flexible for multilingual users.
