Add new feature icon/tag to pattern library

**What we're after:**
Add the new feature icon/tag to the pattern library, including rules for usage. UX/Design can pair with front-end for this implementation. 

**Completion criteria:**
- [ ] Details regarding the icon/tag are written to fit the component template
- [ ] New item icon/tag is added to the pattern library
