New cepces dependencies

cepces (part of the samba stack) has picked up a dependency on python-keyring in its latest release via openSUSE/cepces#45 which then pulls in a number of other Python dependencies, including python-keyring. Some of python-keyring's dependencies could probably be changed to features, but not all of them. The Samba team is going to need to chime in here as to how to handle this.

Team has been contacted, and they plan on porting this away from keyring to another solution already in RHEL. This will take some time though.

Yeah, it's ugly. TBH from a Python perspective (and irrespective of this), couldn't SecretStorage really be a feature rather than a hard dep, with kwallet (via dbus) and libsecret (via PyGObject and libsecret) also being features, and you just need to pick one? Also, keyring's hard dep on jeepney seems to be a leftover now that keyring_jeepney is a separate module?

Possibly. This would need to be done upstream, I guess, and I am not very keen on driving that.

Also, keyring's hard dep on jeepney seems to be a leftover now that keyring_jeepney is a separate module?
