Cannot install pipask due to packaging version

I use beeware/briefcase to install my Python apps and briefcase requires packaging >=24.2

pipask requires packaging (>=21.3,<22.0), so I cannot install pipask along with briefcase
Could pipask be updated, so it also accepts recent versions of packaging?

Hi, this seems to be similar to #31. Make sure you have pipask installed via pipx, otherwise there may always be version conflicts.
