Proposal to add IS 800:2007 support

Hello StructuralCodes team,

I am a structural engineer and Python developer from India. I would like to contribute selected steel design provisions from IS 800:2007.
I plan to start with a small set of functions, supported by clause references, documentation, tests, and verification calculations.
Before starting, could you please confirm:

1. Whether Indian Standards fit within this project’s scope.
2. Whether IS 800 should be added here or developed as a separate compatible package.
3. Which existing module I should follow as a reference.
