Github Release?

Hi,

I need to import this package, and hence wanted this to have a release tag associated.
Since the upstream of pyode left it at tag - 1.2.0, could you make a release with tag - 1.3.0, or maybe anything later than >= 1.2.0?

does bumping up the dev part (1.2.0.dev*) work?

@filipeabperes that works! It would be nicer if you could do it to 1.3.0, but 1.2.0.dev is nice too!
