Actual example of how pagination works

I have been looking through the documentation, trying to figure out how to paginate the get_paged_vault_accounts response and I can't find a single helpful example or explanation of how the paging actually works in practice.

There is a 'docs' page for PaginatedAddressResponsePaging here but it provides no example of actual pagination. The paging tests are similarly unrealized.

I will make a PR if I figure it out myself.

Same issue with get_transactions function. It returns next-page link in the header but its not clear what to do with it. Thank you.
