Subject: [PATCH 1/2] feat(parse): accept raster image uploads

The API OCRs PNG, JPEG, JPEG 2000, TIFF, GIF, BMP, WebP and AVIF uploads
as one-page documents, so the parse command's extension allowlist and
content-type hints now include them.
