add support for identifiers containing _

Hi, is it possible to add the support for identifiers with _ ? I just started using fireman and figured this limitation will limit my ability to query many collections in my database. It would be really helpful to add this support.

Hey @lizbrownwood thanks for your proposal! Actually you can already use identifiers containing _, you just need to wrap them in single or double quotes:

foor/'bar_baz'
