Show links on better errors page

Currently, when better_errors renders, the links are not there. But often this is a time when the links are critical. Do I need to do something like:

From standup: For now we won't bother trying to show the links on the better_errors page. Perhaps eventually we might add this feature if we see it is necessary / useful.
