[2.x] Buttons with tooltip are hard to click in specific corner condition #4353
Description
Current Behavior
Currently I just found the problem in specific screen resolution and on Notification's "mark all as read" button. Tooltip shows on a seemly unsuitable place and causes some flashes.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
Maybe the tooltip should be placed a bit above than current place, so it would not appear below the mouse pointer.
