Setup FloRA 1.2.0

Hi,
during the setup of the library (via git), I noticed that .project refers to the Inet version 4.4, even though v4.5.4 is announced. Easy to fix during the project setup in the IDE.

I did not find any hint which Omnet version to use in the source code or in the release note. Do I miss something? It works with Omnet v6.2.0.

Thanks for noticing that. I have just created a release 1.3:
