[Request] Option to use a specific color for outline and padding

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an option to specify the color of the outline and padding? Presumably a default value could be to fallback to the background color.

Thank you for the suggestion. This is indeed planned (at least decoupling unfilled section and outline+padding) along with drawing a separator with padding color between foreground and background. This will allow you to make xob look like bars you can see for instance in the mpv video player with full transparent background yet readable over bright/white content underneath (ideally the new default).
