Replace the panel's `ha-textfield` usages with 'ha-input'

The panel currently depends on Home Assistant's ha-textfield custom element.
Home Assistant replaced ha-textfield with ha-input in the 2026.4 frontend component updates and scheduled ha-textfield for removal in 2026.5
As a result, all text fields are disappeared.
