Issues when searching for a message that's on a different channel

Steps to reproduce

1. Make a search query that returns messages on a channel other than the current one
2. Click on that message
3. Also try to navigate the channels of the community after that

Expected behaviour

The app switches to the channel of the message and focuses on the message. Nothing more, nothing less.

Actual behaviour

The app switches to the channel of the message, but stays in the present and does not go to the message.
Additionally, if you now try to switch to a different channel of the same community or simply click on the channel you're at again, the channel buttons will be unresponsive, and you'll need to refresh by visiting a different community or reopening the app.
