Squashed and stretched emojis that aren't square images

Steps to reproduce

1. Use an command that i created to create an emoji via image link, !addemoji (attachted code)
2. Use an PNG image wihout background in an retangular ratio aspect
3. After using the command, send the emoji and will look stretched

Expected behaviour

The emoji should look in the original ratio aspect even if it become smaller

Actual behaviour

the emoji became stretched to "fill" the emoji formmart
