Summary :
A menu based system of rules is more applicable to enterprises, since each user is trying to get through multiple services they might have. Therefore building a system that can perceive the last sent message (or mimic the ussd sessions) would be very useful.

Objectives
Perceive stage of the conversation, did the user select (ie. A in the prev chat ? Such that some commands can only be triggered after certain events have occured...)
Independence of the library from one platform.
Proposal:
An abstract lib that can make sessions to perceive user stages in a conversation. The library should be independent of the platform, in this case (wwjs lib)
