Update mapClickTeleport to use proper event handler

At the moment mapClickTeleport uses the old onMapSingleClick functionality which doesn't stack very safely. It should be updated to use the mapSingleClick mission event handler, which stacks fully safely.

Testing on dev (06ff60f) - PASS

• In non-dedicated MP with a mission created directly from the template, with mapClickTeleport enabled:
  • Default settings (no HALO) - works as expected
  • Height 2000 - works as now expected, smoke trail attached after jump until landing
  • Height 2000, smoke false - works as expected, no smoke trail
