This epic is out of scope for the forging-blocks library.

Rationale

ForgingBlocks is a pure DDD library/toolkit, not a framework. CLI scaffolding tools, project generators, and IDE integration are developer-experience concerns that belong in separate repositories.

What Happened to the Scope

• CLI scaffolding → separate project or adapter repo
• IDE/LSP integration → separate project
• These tasks will not be implemented in this repo
