Rationale

ForgingBlocks is a pure DDD library/toolkit, not a framework. Plugin ecosystems, observability frameworks, and adapter implementations belong in separate repositories.

Resolution

• Scope decision: out of scope for forging-blocks core
• Epic v0.6.0 Epic 3.1: Plugin Architecture #74 (Plugin Architecture) is out of scope
• All v0.6.0 tasks (v0.6.0 Task 3.1.1: Plugin System Architecture + Plugin Manager #89, v0.6.0 Task 3.1.2: Plugin Hooks + Extension Points #90) are out of scope
