Notifications with FCM without a proprietary client library

Molly recently introduced notifications using FCM without a proprietary client library. Mastodon did this earlier.

I think Forkgram should also introduce this and ultimately offer a choice of three different push notification methods:

• WebSocket
• UnifiedPush
• FCM
