Fix dashboard

There are metrics in the dashboard that don't exist. Also, the dashboard is not correctly added to the templates.

We will need Helm unittests to ensure that this doesn't happen again.

Summary

Fixed issue #55 with the following changes:

1. Dashboard template location: Moved helm/dashboards/dashboard.yaml to helm/templates/dashboard.yaml - Helm only renders templates from the templates/ directory.

2. Helm unittests: Added comprehensive unittests (21 tests total) covering:

   • Dashboard template (8 tests)
   • PrometheusRules template (7 tests)
   • Service template (4 tests)
   • ServiceMonitor template (2 tests)

3. CI workflow: Updated .github/workflows/tests.yaml to run Helm unittests via the helm-unittest plugin.
