Fix IISLogsPlugin.logs function conflicting with WebserverPlugin.logs

Currently these two collide, which might produce unexpected results. Perhaps we should consider dropping the custom record descriptors and move to one unified record output (WebserverAccessLogRecord).

IISLogsPlugin exports the method logs, overriding the parent class WebserverPlugin (to call WebserverImplementation.access() and .error(), yielding standardized WebserverAccessLogRecord and WebserverErrorLogRecord records).

When calling the implementation iis.logs() - which is an instance of WebserverPlugin, the contract informally implies (since apache, nginx and others do so) that this output should be Webserver(Access|Error)LogRecord as well, however instead custom record descriptors are generated.

I propose we refactor the IIS plugin to behave more like it's siblings nginx and apache.
