Rename or alias `target-query` for first-time users

Right now, if we install dissect.target, we get the command target-query while I would expect something like dissect target-query or dissect-target, etc..

Having never used Dissect, this was rather confusing. I understand this has long been the case so just renaming is unreasonable, but perhaps we can introduce an alias?

There's been an internal ticket for a long time to address this. Let me try to find it and make it public.

TL;DR: it proposes to add dissect-* prefixed commands for everything for enhanced discoverability.

This might work also very well with fox-it/dissect#104

As this would basically introduce a dissect command.
