Test the new changes made to CuratorBot and move to new service

After #23 is done, start the bot again, modified so that it uploads pics to the new service we ended up deciding on, on fly.io (where the bot is currently running).

If it runs well for a day or two, we should then migrate it from fly.io to this new service. So we will have to set it up with all of the env variables and stuff there.
