Bug: Duplicating Standard Pages makes a new Standard Page

Standard Pages when duplicated (in non-dev environment), the new duplicated page still remains Standard. This prevents any customization which defeats the purpose of "duplicate Standard Page to edit"

Expected behavior
The new page should not be marked as Standard, making it editable.

Also the "Publish" button is disabled in the Editor but enabled on Preview
