Re-ordering issue in sidebar

Issue

After creation of a new page:

• the page is automatically ordered at the end of the group
• try reordering that specific page inside the same group
• merge it

You will observe -- in the Editor UI the page is correctly re-ordered, but the same doesn't happen for the Wiki Docs Site.

Workaround

Again from the Editor UI, I have to:

• Randomly change the order of some other page, then merge it.
• Then again bring the pages to their original order, then again merge it.
• Only then the correct order is shown in Wiki Docs Site.
