Example folders need to be reorginzed

Stage 0's folders seem ok. Stage 1's needs some work. It's a bit disorganized. It's unclear if "Templates" is for 1a or 1b, "snippets" doesn't have a stage name attached to it, etc. I think it would be ideal for there to be a stage1a folder with 1a's templates, snippets, etc. Then a stage1b folder for 1b's templates, snippets, etc. This will also help make it easier to navigate when 1c gets added in
