I suggest you use the "Brewfile" like that:

tap 'homebrew/bundle'
tap 'homebrew/core'
tap 'homebrew/cask-versions'
tap 'homebrew/cask-fonts'
....

# Core Homebrew
brew 'act'
brew 'ansible'
brew 'awscli'
brew 'aom'
brew 'bat'
....

# Cask Apps
cask 'docker-edge'
cask 'dropbox'
.....

and install all in one command with

brew bundle --file="Brewfile"

Also I suggest to install via brew mas https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/mas to install in script mode all the Mac App Store app!
