onRender with less character than minCharsPerLine #48

Hi,
I noticed that the onRender function doesn't get called when the headline has less characters than the minCharsPerLine option.
Is this wanted? Wouldn't it be useful if it was still called, to determine when the script finishes the render (even if no edits were done in the DOM)?
