This content would be easier to maintain using an SSG. Also, we could have internationalization with PO files, like Frescobaldi, saving translators from the burden of tracking down changes to the English content.
Personally, I am a big fan of Sphinx, which also supports PO-based i18n, and is already used in python-ly and qpageview. However, there are of course alternatives. See also

Note that these days, Sphinx can be used with Markdown as well, not necessarily reStructuredText.
